The high temperature furnace of Yingbo Science&Instrument has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, high temperature, stable temperature and low heating power. The whole body of the high temperature furnace is made of non-magnetic material, which can perfectly cooperate with the electromagnet to realize the vertical high temperature furnace axis magnetic field, and can also cooperate with the solenoid to realize the parallel high temperature furnace axis magnetic field.
The interior adopts imported Cr20Ni80 non-magnetic heating wire, and 99 corundum ceramic is used for high temperature insulation. The heat insulation layer adopts multi-layer shield and vacuum insulation, and the outer vacuum cover adopts water-cooled structure to ensure that the surface temperature of the high temperature furnace is the same as the room temperature. The sample is loaded on top, which is very easy to operate. The sample can be placed in a vacuum environment or an inert gas environment.

Direction of application：
It is suitable for soft magnetic materials and all kinds of materials that need to be heated or anneal in high temperature, vacuum and strong magnetic field environment, as well as with high temperature test fixture to complete high temperature dielectric and other electrical tests, and can also complete the vacuum brazing of small workpiece.
